Body Service Etiquette
You’ll be comfortably covered with a modesty drape during body services. Any inappropriate language or behavior ends the service immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and decompress. Late? We’ll do our best, but your service will still end on time so the next guest isn’t delayed.
Cancellations & No‑Shows Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no‑show = 50% of the scheduled service fee charged.
Services We Do / Don’t Offer
We keep our menu current. At this time we do not offer K18 leave‑in treatments, Olaplex treatments, makeup services, or a relaxation/meditation lounge area. (If you’re unsure about a service, just ask—we’ll guide you.)
Health & Comfort
Allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions? Tell us before we start so we can adjust products or techniques.
Payments & Pricing
We accept major cards and cash. Prices are “and up” based on hair length, product usage, and service complexity. You’ll know any changes before we begin.
Kids & Guests
For everyone’s safety and relaxation, please bring children only if they have an appointment and can be supervised. Extra guests may be asked to wait in the lobby if space is limited.
Product & Service Guarantee
If something’s off, let us know within 7 days. We’ll make it right—adjustments are on us.
Photos & Promotion
We love sharing our work. If we snap a pic or video, we’ll ask first. Prefer not to be photographed? Just say so.
